30-Day Money-Back Guarantee — We want you to be completely satisfied with Typiq. If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll refund you within 30 days, no questions asked.

After the 30-day window, refunds are not available except in cases of technical issues that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe.

2. How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your order number or the email used for purchase
  3. Briefly describe the reason (optional but helpful)

We will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method via Stripe.

3. After a Refund

Once a refund is issued, your license key will be deactivated and you must uninstall the Software from your device.

4. EU Consumer Rights

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason (Right of Withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU). Our 30-day policy exceeds this requirement.
