Can I transfer my license to a new computer?
Yes. Personal licenses can be deactivated from one device and reactivated on another. Contact support if you need help.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, through Stripe's secure checkout. Depending on your country, Stripe may also offer local methods such as iDEAL, Bancontact, Wero or EPS. We do not accept PayPal.
Is Typiq a subscription?
No. Typiq is a one-time purchase with lifetime updates — Personal €18.99 (1 device) or Family €39.99 (up to 5 devices). No recurring charges, ever.
Is there a family or multi-device license?
Yes. The Family license covers up to 5 computers in your household for €39.99, one-time. Pick the Family plan above.
What happens right after I pay?
Stripe emails you a receipt and your license key arrives by email within minutes. Enter the key in the Typiq app you already downloaded — there is no new download and no account to create. If nothing has arrived after 15 minutes, check your spam folder or write to support@typiq-app.com.
Who is the seller, and what name appears on my statement?
Typiq is developed and sold by SIBSTIL DOORS SRL, a company registered in Sibiu, Romania (J32/358/2009, CIF RO25411699). That is the name Stripe shows at checkout, on your receipt and on your card statement. It is the legal entity behind Typiq and it is named in our Terms, EULA and Impressum.
Why does my Mac or Windows warn me on first launch?
Typiq is not code-signed yet, so macOS Gatekeeper and Windows SmartScreen show a warning the first time you open it. The app itself is safe: it runs fully offline and sends no telemetry. Getting past the warning takes a couple of extra clicks and we document the exact steps. Code signing is planned once sales cover its recurring cost.
