Refund Policy
Typiq includes a free 30-minute trial, so you can try the app before you pay. If you buy a license and it turns out not to be for you, you get your money back.
1. Our 30-day money-back guarantee
Every Typiq license is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Write to us within 30 days of your purchase and we refund the full amount. You do not have to give a reason.
Downloading, installing and using Typiq does not cancel this guarantee. We would rather you install the app and use it properly before you decide. The guarantee applies wherever you bought from, not only inside the European Union.
2. What is covered

The same guarantee applies if you paid in US dollars instead of euros.
3. How to request a refund
- Email us at support@typiq-app.com
- Include your order number, or the email address you used at checkout
- Tell us briefly what did not work. This is optional, but it helps us improve Typiq
We process refunds within 5 business days. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe.
Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days for the refund to appear on your statement.
4. After a refund
Once a refund is issued, your license key is deactivated and you should uninstall Typiq from your devices. You can buy a license again at any time.
5. Your statutory rights in the EU
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have a statutory right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU: you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason.
For digital content that is delivered immediately, EU law lets a seller ask you to agree that the download starts right away and that the statutory 14-day right ends once it does. We do not use that rule to turn refunds down. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is a voluntary commitment on top of the statutory right: it lasts longer, and it stays valid after you have downloaded or used the app.
Nothing on this page limits your statutory consumer rights.
