Typiq includes a free 30-minute trial. We encourage all users to try before purchasing to ensure the software meets their needs.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

2. How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your order number or the email used for purchase
  3. Briefly describe the reason (optional but helpful)

We will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method via Stripe.

3. After a Refund

Once a refund is issued, your license key will be deactivated and you must uninstall the Software from your device.

4. EU Consumer Rights

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason (Right of Withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU). By downloading and installing Typiq, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal expires upon download.
